Annual Educational Grants • Fall 2026 Academic Year
$4,000 in Annual Scholarships
One $2,000 Memorial Award and Two $1,000 Scholarships awarded annually. Application deadline is July 15th.
Eligibility & Rules

Member Relationship: Must be a full-time employee or the son or daughter of any owner, partner, officer, or full-time employee of a WVWA Class A Wholesale Member in good standing.

Academic Enrollment: Must be a high school senior accepted for admission in the upcoming fall semester or presently enrolled in an accredited college or university on a full-time basis.

Permitted Use of Funds: The scholarship is intended to be used strictly for tuition, books, and necessary academic supplies.

Annual Deadline: Applications and all supporting transcripts/letters must be received by July 15th of each calendar year.
Awards & Distribution
One $2,000 and two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded for one full year of study. Students may reapply to the program each year they continue to meet eligibility requirements.
The West Virginia Wholesalers Association Scholarship Committee reviews all anonymous dossiers and selects annual winners.
Scholarship checks are disbursed and mailed directly to each recipient's home address prior to the start of the semester.
